To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

Tip: You can find your tracking number in your
order confirmation email or “Shipped” email from TM Online Mart.

What Each Status Means

Processing
We’ve received your order and are preparing your items.
Payment has been confirmed and your order is being packed.

Shipped
Your parcel has left our warehouse and is with the courier.
You’ll start seeing tracking updates on this page soon.

In Transit
Your order is on the move between depots or cities.
This step may show the same status for a day or two – that’s normal.

Out for Delivery
Your parcel is with the driver and should be delivered today,
depending on your location and route.

Delivered
The courier has marked your order as delivered.
If you can’t find your parcel, please check with family/guard/security first,
then contact us.

Typical Delivery Timeframes

  • Main cities: 1–3 working days after dispatch
  • Outlying / small towns: 3–5 working days after dispatch
  • Busy seasonal periods (Black Friday / December):
    Please allow an extra 1–2 working days

Delivery times may differ slightly depending on your exact location and the courier route.

I entered my tracking number but nothing shows. What now?
Tracking may take a few hours to update after we book your parcel with the courier.
Please try again later the same day.
If it still doesn’t show after 24 hours, contact us.

My tracking says “Delivered” but I haven’t received anything.

  1. Double-check with family, neighbours, or security / reception.
  2. Look for an SMS, email, or slip from the courier.
  3. If you still can’t find it, email us with your order number + tracking number.

Can I change my delivery address after shipping?
Once a parcel is shipped, address changes depend on the courier.
Email us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
