This policy applies to purchases made from TM Online’s Flash Cycle Drops (TM Flash Drops), operated by TM Online Shopping.
1. Return Eligibility
Items may be returned within 7 – 15 days after delivery only if they meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused and unopened
- In original packaging
- In resalable condition
- Includes all accessories and tags
- Proof of purchase is provided
Returns that do not meet these conditions will be declined.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return, unless defective on arrival:
- Personal care and hygiene products
- Beauty products that have been opened or used
- Underwear, lingerie, and earrings
- Health-related items
- Used, damaged, or altered products
- Items with missing parts or packaging
- Electronics showing signs of misuse, tampering, or physical damage
3. Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items
If your order arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, this must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
You will be required to provide:
- Order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
Approved cases will be resolved with a refund or replacement, depending on availability.
4. How to Request a Return
To request a return:
- Email support@tmonlineshopping.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return approval and instructions
Unauthorized returns may be rejected.
5. Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item
- Processing typically takes 15 business days
- Refunds are made to the original payment method
If an item fails inspection, it may be returned to the customer.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, TM Flash Drops will cover return costs
- For customer-initiated returns (change of mind), return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund
7. Exchanges
TM Flash Drops does not offer exchanges due to the limited-time nature of flash cycle products.
8. Sale and Promotional Items
Sale, clearance, and promotional items are non-refundable, unless defective on arrival.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once dispatched, cancellation requests are treated as return requests and subject to this policy.
10. Policy Updates
TM Online Shopping reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes apply to orders placed after the updated date.
